Hey, my name is Josh and I am an 18 year old from the little state of Rhode Island. Despite popular belief Rhode Island is in fact NOT and island at all. I am single and have been for quite sometime and I don’t seem to care, nothing is holding me back from succeeding my goals in anyway which is amazing. That is probably why I am happily single I would like to be either a film actor (on the big screen) or I would like to be a Special Effects Supervisor for the movies. I got into Photoshop through my cousin who loved Photoshop and used it quite often. I’ll skip the very boring story for another day lol. I have been using Photoshop for about 5 years. I am not the greatest at it but I don’t take it very seriously, I don’t like to focus on something so much that I obsess over it. Its a hobby and that is all. This website is a “portfolio” so to speak of my hobby. Criticize all you want, I like my site and I am happy with what it has become.

Behind The Name

The name Modern Revolutions came about from my old Myspace layout site on Myspace. The url to this “site” was myspace.com/mr_layouts. It was initally suppose to be like Mr. Layouts, but I never named my site that. My site’s old name include Studio 30, Illustrious Lyts and many many more. However, I wanted a better name that I LOVED and had the “initials” MR. After thinking for a very long time and and my friend Joe from Revoler lyts (at the time) came up with Modern Revolutions and I fell in love with the name instantly because it was extremely original and packed a bunch and with a slogan like “a new spin on things” how could you not love it?
