I am SOOOO sorry that I just have absent minded-ly abandon the site for some time. Everyone goes through spurts of doing something then not doing something right? Like let say you work on your website 24/7 then you stop for whatever reason, then go back to working on it 24/7. I think I will start working on it alot more. I don’t think I really have any “fans” (for lack of a better term) that actually like my site, but I’m completely okay with that because its a hobby, not a job.

Why did I stop working on my site for sometime? I have no idea >.<. Sorry! But in the time since my last blog post I got a job! It is in Woonsocket which is a half hour drive from Cranston. Most people that live in larger states would say that is NOTHING but here in little Rhody, its ALOT! However, it would cost my $50 in gas a WEEK just to drive there and back. (40miles round trip) So I told the manager (a good friend of my brothers) that I need to wait tables to make more money or get transferred to the Cranston store. So I am getting transferred. Which kind of makes me sad because I love waiting tables, its easy, not degrading and its REALLY good money! Hopefully I will convince them to let me wait tables in Cranston . So yea its about 40 miles round trip, which is nothing to people that live in other states. For example, my mom was telling me that my 2nd cousin who lives in Maryland drive 150 miles ROUND TRIP to go to work. SAY WHAT!?! If i drive 150 miles from Cranston, do you know where I will end up? NEW YORK! Yea…my 2nd cousin a loon bag?? Totally!

Speaking of New York, my birthday is coming up! (I know that doesn’t sound related in any way, shape, form, or idea, but it really is related). As you may or may have not know, I LOVE New York. I am one of those people that buy the “I ♥ New York” shirt and are very proud to wear it! haha. So for my birthday I decided that I will be out ALL day. I will choose a select few friends and they will spend the whole day with me and we will do a bunch of cool shit. Like maybe (MAYBEEEEEE) drive to New York, walk around some. Then hopefully go paint balling at some point, because I want to shoot my friends and not kill them (If you met them you might think that killing them would save the world from stupidity.)

HOWEVER! I digress.  What was i saying…I don’t even remember. I can easily scroll up and find out by reading but I don’t feel like it. So lets change the subject? I made this new layout. Hahah OR DID I!?!! IF you are a true MR fan you’d know that this layout is actually old! Back from when I had my domain name (R.I.P ). I loved it and needed a new layout so I decided to use it again. So you’re probably wondering why there is a huge gaping whole of nothingness, WELL since I’ve had this sub-domain name, I have been using a different CSS code that I got from Kendra. Which means I am not completely used to it yet :/ So I have NO clue on how to move this content box and sidebar up, down, left or right! >.< It sucks! I know. But I will figure it out. When I do, you can just ignore this part of the post since I will probably forget it exists and forget to cross it out.

     I finally took the plunge and started to download some Wordpress plugins, problem is, hopefully I will be able to stop sometime soon! Lol I have recently installed the Live comment preview, that shows what your comment will look like AS your typing it! Try it out and leave me a comment! The second thing I downloaded was the Lightbox plug-in. If you don’t know what Lightbox is or does then your clearly not a web designer and thats cool too. To see what it does simply click one of my “Recent Work” Icons and the image should show up in a cool, self-adjusting container. Thats all it does, it seems like nothing but it makes the site seem much cooler, in my eyes at least, and I love it. It took about an hour for me to figure it out, but I finally figured it out!

     HOKAY! So now to the post title and what thats all about. For a late Christmas gift Shannon and Nico gave me 3 Domos!!!! I was SO FRICKING HAPPY!!!!! I LOVE DOMO! I have no idea why, I have no idea what he is from, what he does but he looks so cool and he is just awesome!. Well anyway they got me a big brown one, a little brown one with a pink guitar (kinda gay) and a big pink one! IT WAS A BIG DOMO FAMILY!!! Below is a picture I took just about seconds after I received them.

     And did I name them you ask!?! OF COURSE!!!!! The big pink one (the mom) Is Kristen Domo, the big brown one (the dad) is Papa Domo and the little one (that hangs in my car, and the offspring of the dad and mom) is Little Kid DOMO!!! Muahhaha! Creative names? I THINK SO!!!!

     Lastly, because I need to make this post short because my mom is bitching at me to leave so we can go get bread and then eat at Panera. Is the amazing song I am listening to now. Its All the Right Moves by One Republic. I LOVE IT! And the only thing I love more than this song right now? THE VIDEO!!!!! Check it out! Its amazing! Enjoy GUYS!

     So its 3:17am and I am not tired at all. Which is really annoying because I feel asleep at 7am yesterday and slept until 5pm! WHAT!?! I officially am a deadbeat I am DETERMINED to fix my sleeping habit VERY SOON! Mostly because I have to do community service on Monday. (I have to do 15hrs by the 8th…oh joy -.- )

     OK! So the other night…I guess night, maybe it was yesterDAY…who knows? I was looking at some pictures on various fan sites, (because they have the best photos) and I stumbled upon a Kristen Bell fan site (of course I peeked around ) And I found A LOT of really good photo shoots of her that I have never seen before, so I decided I would make like 1 or 2 blends for my portfolio since I have making better and better blends (at least I think so). So it turns out, I saved TOO many pictures and opened them in my Photoshop, so I ended up making 3 blends of her…hence the post title. Whenever I do this again, because I KNOW it will happen, I will call it a KBT

     Some updates that I have made on the site include the “Recent Work” table to the right of this blog. I will showcase my recent work even if I don’t offer it anywhere else, just to give a feel of the things that I do make but don’t make it online. Another update is the portfolio. I have wanted to make a digital portfolio for the LONGEST time and I have finally achieved that, WOOT! However it is not as “snazzy” and “flashy” as I would have liked. It would have been much better with a different layout completely, like a cool flash layout that showcases my work? Maybe when I get more things added to it.

     Now some personal stuff. My parents didn’t completely let me down this Christmas. I woke up 2 days ago to my brother handing me $300. I was extremely confused and I asked “What the hell is this?” And he said “Its Christmas money from mom and dad.” Like always my parent fell into some money. However, I was under the impression that they were paying my car insurance instead of giving me Christmas money, so I got up and talked to them about it. I asked them and they said, “Yea that $300 is your Christmas money.” AWESOME! I really didn’t think my parents had it in them to be nice! So I went to the mall and bought some clothes since I have been wearing the same rags for the past 4 years. I am also saving $100, just in-case and to visit my friend in Franklin, MA when he gets back from his retreat.

     HOKAY! So its December 27th, 2 days after Christmas and about 1 1/2 weeks after a little “blizzard” we were hit with. And what is the temperature outside? 52°!!!!! Its amazing, but weird at the SAME TIME! Its not weird because its 52° in the winter, because that is just New England weather for you. Its weird because in the summer if it was 52, we would be freezing, but now its just very comfortable outside.

     Now onto the main course, the new layout! I LOVE IT! I think it will stay up for quite sometime, I made it because I wanted Sex and the City The Movie….YES! I had a gay moment I will admit that, but in my defense it was like 3am and there was nothing on. So I watched it and saw how beautiful Sarah Jessica Parker was so I wanted to make a layout with her in it because I have never made a layout with her in it. And voila! Out came this amazing thing! I had actually made the top banner part about a week before I coded it. I just kept putting off coding it, not knowing what I could do for a stylesheet, then I just said “WHATEVER! I’ll code it!” And everything just fell into place.

Okay, now to talk about Christmas because I haven’t blogged in a while. This is how my day went:

1:30pm – Wake up

2:00pm- Eat dinner at my house

2:30pm – leave dinner at my house, say bye to my family and pick up my friend and drive to her sister’s house in Westerly (45 mins away, it took me 20mins at an average speed of 120mph…I know dangerous.) We ended up leaving Cranston at 3:00.

3:20pm – arrive at sister’s house and open 2 gifts from her, finally eat at around 4:00 (dinner was suppose to be at 3:30)

5:00pm – leave friend’s sister’s house I drop my friend off at her ex’s family’s house for dinner there and I go to my aunt’s to socialize with my family and meet up with my immediate family that I left at 2:30pm.

5:30pm – arrive at Aunt’s house, socialize, watch “Stupidest Parties 10″ and laugh at all the clips. Get 3 gifts (aunt, cousins and other aunt). At around 8pm I give my mom a ride home and go pick up my friend and go to my other friend’s house. My other friend isnt home but her family and her mom is, (we are friends with her family and mom) so we sit and talk.**

Okay this is getting too long, sorry to bore you, now i’ll summarize. Then we left, saw Sherlock Holmes and finally got back to her apt with her roomies at around 1am. lol

As for the **: When me and my friend went over to decorate their tree someone messed up my friend’s Shanon’s name and called her Bethany, so everyone started calling her Bethany the Christmas Princess. Then when my friend asked me to get her something I said no just to be diffcult (yes I am that kind of person) and she said,”but I AM BETHANY THE CHRISTMAS PRINCESS!” So to be funny I said, “BITCH! I AM THE CHRISTMAS QUEEN!” and snapped my fingers in a Z shape. She started laughing hysterically! Thats where the blog title comes from lol

I am so sorry that I haven’t blogged in a while. I feel like a horrible owner, however I’ve been updating the site secretly hahah Well its only a secret if you don’t check the update panel, which you should be doing . So far I’ve added a content page, a owner page, a credits page, a tutorial page, downloads, resources, lightstocks, and 2 tutorials. With 1 tutorial on its way, another lightstock coming up and even more pages on their way! SO I think I’m doing well so far I will most likely finish this post from my phone later lol Right now I have to go give my friend a ride to work.

Okay, I’m back, I gave my friend a ride, went to my other friends house so she could pack and now im at my house waiting for my mom to get back with my car so we can go take pictures of the house I’m trying to sell. Yes, I am an 18 year old trying to sell a $200,000 house, WOOT! lol The things I would do with that commission *daydreams*. The commission on a house of that price would be $12,000. WOOTTTT!!!!!

HOOKKAY, so about the updates, I have decided I will not make any myspace content. “Why?” you ask? Because nobody uses Myspace anymore, lol Its all Facebook now. Which is good because Myspace is trying to steal all of Facebooks ideas, they are just taking the ideas and making them shittier. And because, lets face it, I just suck at making Myspace stuff. Some of the content I added already include: lightstocks, owner page, credits page, 100×100 icon bases, Enhanced Photo Tutorial #1, Photoshop Actions.

Okay, so I wanted to share this WONDERFUL trailer with you, this movie looks simply amazing. Here is the back story, Beth (Kristen Bell) has been single and happy for quiet sometime now, however recently she hasn’t been so happy with her situation of being single, she she takes a well deserved trip to Rome for her sister’s wedding. There she visits a reputed “love well” where if you throw a coin into it, then you will find love, also if you take a coin from the well then the person’s coin who you took will fall in love with you. So Beth decides to take a few coins to test this logic. The rest of the story unfolds in the wonderful setting of Rome and New York. Here is the trailer:

    So far I LOVE IT!!!! I want to see it so bad! It comes out January 29th, 2010. So you should expect I won’t be blogging at that time because I will be at the movie theater. With who? I don’t know yet, hopefully someone cool like this person that I’m talking to and like So anyway, YOU SHOULD GO SEE IT!!!! Why? Pfft, because it looks AMAZING?? I endorse it 100% And if it sucks….well it won’t because I love Kirsten Bell….I know im just a LITTLE obsessed by hey look at the bright side, the icon on this post?? Not Kristen Bell! HA! lol Okay, well its 5:37am, and I still haven’t been to bed, and its actually my mom’s birthday! Yay!!!! She is getting old :-p But she doesn’t look it! (Lucky bitch! Im 18 and told I look 24) What should I do for her? I’ve been thinking about making her breakfast when she wakes up. Sound good?

    Last but certainly not least! The AMAZING song you hear in the beginning of the trailer above, I LOVE THAT TOO!!!! So so far this movie as an awesome cast, an EXTREMELY awesome setting and a BEAST soundtrack. The song I am referring to is actually the one I am listening to now. And that is the Starstruckk Remix by 3OH!3 feat. Katy Perry. I LOVE the beginning sound effect. I don’t know how to explain it except the first few seconds of the song LOL. The video? Also amazing! Katy Perry looks smokin’ hot and her eyes are hypnotizing! I would actually LOVE to make a layout using screenshots from this video, however I can’t find a high enough quality version of this video to take some screenshots. Dammit >.< I will try my best though! Okay, time for bed….maybe? No. I’ll clean and rearrange my room and make work on the site some more until my madre wakes up so I can make her some eggs and stuffs for breakfast Here is the music video!

I officially hate Mozilla Firefox and Facebook….I was in the middle of writing this post and I clicked a new IM thing on Facebook and BAM Firfox shuts down, wtf?? So anyway! *gives Firefox a dirty look* Like I was saying…even though you have no idea what that is yet… (Wow, I confused myself there…)  Okay, so the title of this post is all explained in my wonderful story of what happened last night when you mix 8 teenagers and alcohol, underage teenagers at that!

Okay so it starts with the first party I went to, it was  a very innocent party, nobody was drinking, well they were drinking Mountain Dew because apparently every teenager loves Mountain Dew? I don’t, so we (me, my friend shannon, my friend jess, and her boyfriend kyle) went to this party and we kinda just hung around a fire, which we would do quite often at this kid’s house. It was a barrel with fire in it, pretty innocent right? Well occasionally people would throw things in it, like a can of carpet cleaner…a aerosol can! That was fun

After that party we went to another, this is were the fun really began. We got there and there was this kid that was apparently in my class in middle school, I didn’t recognize him but I did recognize his name. However, I am now a high school graduate and starting college soon so this was SOME time ago. Anyway, this kid was already clearly trashed. He was being overly nice, slurring his words and just would NOT stop talking! That and he had a Bud Light in his hand. So anyway the night went on fine, none of the people I brought had any drinks except for Kyle. However, he has a high tolerance and wasn’t drunk at all. Then after a little while of being there and dealing with this kid that would just not stop talking this kid Ryan walked in. He walked in and acted like the big tough guy and said “Okay, Okay! Who wants me to buy more alcohol!?” This really pissed me off because EVERYONE was underage, including him. Another thing was he just asked without even asking the person who lived there (my friend Angel and Nico) Angel didn’t even want the party.  Okay after a while this kid started to get violent, I have no idea who gave him ANOTHER drink after he was already clearly drunk and apparently had been drinking before he arrived at this party (which I was told later). He started picking fights with anyone who looked at him, literally. Then he got in his cousin’s face and begged for a fight and tried starting one, so that is when this kid Doug stepped in between them two and pushed them apart…bad idea. That is when the drunk kid got really mad, he thought that Doug wanted to fight and Angel did not want a fight to break out in her apartment the first day they moved in so they put Doug in Angel’s room along with everyone else, me Lyss, Angel, Shannon, Doug, and Dan. Almost everyone was scared at this point, Dan, Lyss, Shannon and Angel were all terrified, while I stood against the door not letting anyone in or out. The drunk kid tried getting through the door but failed miserably. Apparently I make a good barricade And I’m not even FAT! lol So that was when the night took a horrible turn, almost everyone was scared and Angel started to cry. We’ll long story short, my friend Nico finally got the drunk kid out of the apartment and got him a ride home.

OH! Last but not least, in case you were wondering I was a “punk kid” for Halloween…yes I wore black, studs, chains, skulls and even….eyeliner….>.< I will most likely post pictures tomorrow since it is already 2:30am. I am terribly sorry for this very long post, but hopefully it was at least mildly entertaining

Okay, so onto more important stuff, like this Wordpress, huh huh HOW ABOUT IT?? Pretty fancy, I KNOW! The truth is…I’m writing this post and not even sure I just indented this paragraph right….that is how confused I am right now. However, I clearly figured the stylesheet and layout thingy right.  Nice technical terms huh? “Thingy” Gotta love those web-designers Which brings me to the title of this post <i>I’ve got more style than a fashion designer who knows CSS</I>. I LOVE that saying and I got it from the website WoWhead.com, its a thing that people that play WoW (World of Warcraft) use, its kinda like a guide for the game. Well, every time you refresh the page the title changes and that is one of them and when I saw it I laughed VERY VERY HARD!

Last, but MOST IMPORTANTLY are the top navigation links, THEY DON’T WORK! I just started this site up again and need to make new pages and content and stuff like that so all of the links lead right back here, I know joyous right? Reading this OVER and OVER again….random realization, I used caps ALOT in this post (lol). I promise that I won’t use as much in the next post.  Well, its 3:58am and I have to get some shut-eye, so I will end this post and then change the links to make them all lead here because I didn’t do that yet, OH and I’ll let you know how indenting the paragraphs went
